Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need one insole for everyday and one specifically for sports/exercise?

Correct-a-Sole® is an all-in-one insole designed for both everyday as well as sports/exercise. Its arch support is reinforced by shock absorbers and extra lightweight anti-bacterial material which specifically moulds to your foot to help provide the most comfortable experience possible.

What makes Correct-a-Sole® insoles different to other insoles in the market?

Correct-a-Sole® insoles are handmade from the highest quality materials and are specifically designed to mould to your feet. Our anti-bacterial shock absorbing material is accompanied by an in-built deodorizer making our insoles essential for all types of physical activity. We also have the largest range in the market and the widest variety of fashionable colours to choose from, appealing to everyone regardless of age and gender.

My Correct-a-Sole® insoles don't fit inside my shoes. What should I do?

You must first remove the existing sole of your shoe to make room for our insole. If the Correct-a-Sole® insole is too long for your shoe there are lines underneath the toe-end of the insole marked to show you where to cut the insole in order to fit it into your shoe.

How do you clean Correct-a-Sole® insoles?

Correct-a-Sole® insoles can be gently handwashed in lukewarm, soapy water and then left to dry naturally.

Will my shoes and feet smell after using Correct-a-Sole® insoles?

Correct-a-Sole® insoles are made from anti-bacterial material and are accompanied by an in-built deodorizer to enhance hygiene and minimise foot odour.

When should I replace my Correct-a-Sole® insoles?

It is strongly recommended that our insoles be replaced within 12 months to ensure hygiene and optimal support.
